Had a great Christmas stay in a hotel in a beautiful coastal city in Japan. The breakfast was fabulous, with dishes that were new and exciting to try. Location-wise, it was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions and had an amazing view from our window of the mountains and the sea. loved the option of the traditional onsen experience.
The cost was a bit steep and we were disappointed not to have any English explanations available in the hotel nor any maps with clear directions. It was also a bit of a walk to get to the main area, so we had to take a taxi a couple of times.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke English, making communication easy. They even provided a shuttle service to the train station when I was leaving. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of delicious Japanese dishes. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the spacious room offered a fantastic view of the harbor and mountains. The onsen was a highlight, providing a relaxing and authentic Japanese bathing experience.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location, providing breathtaking views of the sea, castle, and mountains from the rooms. the breakfast served is authentic Japanese cuisine, which is splendid and delicious. the staff is friendly and helpful, with some members being able to communicate in English. the onsen facilities are fantastic, offering a relaxing experience after a day of exploring the city.
Some information about the hotel and maps were not available in English, which can be inconvenient for non-Japanese speaking guests.

The hotel offered a Japanese breakfast with English instructions and a fantastic onsen with a view of the harbor. the staff was friendly and bilingual, and provided a shuttle back and forth to the train station. the hotel's location offered great views of both the sea and the mountains.
The hotel was a bit far from the main city area, so we had to take a taxi to get there, and walking back wasn't always convenient. the prices were a bit steep, but with all the amenities, we felt it was worth it.
